Assurance Medical Devices, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us” “aMD”) respects your privacy and is committed through its Privacy Policy to explaining what information we collect and why we collect it, how we use the information and the choices you have when you access our website and buy products through the website www.assurancemedicaldevices.com.
When accessing the Website, the Company will learn certain information about you, both automatically and through voluntary actions you may take, during your visit. This policy applies to information we collect on the Website and in email, text, or other electronic messages between you and the Website.

When you access the Website, we collect and use certain Personal Information to provide the best possible experience and fulfill the promises we make to you as set forth in the Terms of Service.

Information you choose to voluntarily provide to us. When you sign up for our Services, you give us Personal Information voluntarily by providing it to us which may include, but is not limited to your name, address, telephone number and email addresses by filling out forms on the Website.
You may also voluntarily provide us with Personal Information if you request that we remove certain information from our website.
You may also voluntarily provide us with Personal Information through any email messages between you and aMD. We will retain the contents of your messages, your email address, and any information you provide to us through those communications.
aMD may engage with customers on multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn). If you contact us on one of our social media platforms, request customer service via social media or otherwise direct us to communicate with you via social media, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. Your interactions with us are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use.
When you make a purchase using our Services, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number or other payment information. Our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read Stripe’s policy. Importantly, neither aMD nor its vendors will collect, use, or store the credit card number you provide when making a purchase on our site.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology. When using our Website, services we (or our service providers) may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect Personal Information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, the web page you were visiting before accessing our Services, the pages on our Site which you browsed or the features you used, and the time spent on those pages or features, the links on our Site that you click on, and your purchase history.
The information we collect automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. We use this data to improve our Website and our service offerings

Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at anytime.

Information Obtained and Shared With Our Services Providers.
With the help of service providers, they administer and support the Services you use. As part of that Service, they may process your Personal Information on our behalf. These service providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf, in compliance with this Privacy Policy. The service providers we use help us to:

When you post product reviews or rate products on our Site, we will share certain Personal Information with other users or visitors to our Site. This Personal Information includes your user name and the contents of your product review or product rating.
Information Shared With Third Parties.
When you make purchases through our site, you share Personal Information which is provided to third party vendors via our API. This Personal Information is limited to what is necessary to allow the third-party vendor to complete the order and includes your name, address, other contact information such as email address or phone number, the items you ordered that will be fulfilled or provided by that vendor. Third party vendors with the exception of our payment processor never receive access to your payment information. Additionally, we do not share any additional Personal Information with any third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to receive promotional telephone calls or emails, Email info@assurancemedicaldevices.com or call (908) 952-7700 M-F 9am-5pm ET with your first and last name and telephone number to opt out. This opt out does not apply to phone calls necessary to complete a transaction you request.
